How to seed cycle if you have Regular periods?
According to Menstrual Cycle
1. Start consuming 1 tbsp. of follicular jar from the first day of your Menstrual Cycle, and consume it for 14 days.
2. Shift to luteal jar on day 15 and consume this for 14 days as well (from 15th to 28th day)
3. Wait for your periods to arrive and start consuming follicular jar again, repeat the cycle.
How to seed cycle if you have irregular periods?
According to Moon Cycle
1. Start consuming 1 tbsp. of follicular jar from New Moon or from the 1st of
the Islamic month to 14th date of Islamic month.
2. Shift to luteal jar On the Full Moon or the 15th date of Islamic Month to 28th date of Islamic month.
3. Start follicular jar Again on the new Moon or from the 1st of the Islamic month.
4. Repeat this for a minimum of 3-6 months to regulate your Menstrual cycle.
5. In case you get your Period in between, follow the menstrual cycle i.e. start counting period day as day 1 and consume follicular jar for 14 days, then switch to luteal jar for next 14 days
How to consume?
You can consume either with water, or add in yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, shakes or juices.
Are they hot in nature?
Science does not support this as its Ayurveda concept but if you have strong believe on this concept then yes it is.
Reduce your dosage to half or one teaspoon and increase water intake if you are sensitive to food that are hot in nature.
What do they taste like?
The Flax and Pumpkin mix tastes like crushed nuts.
Avoid consumption if Pregnant, lactating or if allergic to seeds.
